Looking at that laptop's manual on MSI's web page, I would suspect it very likely this card would work. The manual shows a separate card for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth as opposed to on-the-motherboard Wi-Fi.

To be certain, you might consider disassembling your laptop according to manufacturer's directions, check the Wi-Fi card to make sure it has the two A-E slots as shown in the product image.

Very likely. The specifications for that laptop from Dell's website says "One M.2 slot for Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth combo card"   The M.2 slot for WiFi cards is A-E Key, as is this card.  Perhaps follow the Dell service manual for this laptop and inspect your WiFi card to make 100% sure. The WiFi card seems very accessible.

from what I can see the WIFi card on the GL702ZC is integrated into the mother board. if this is true then you cannot change it out. You would have to do more research to see if this is true. if not then you need to find out if it takes a M.2 card or a mini PCIe. this card is a M.2 so if your ASUS has this then yes it will work for you. good luck hope this helps.

My search of "Dell 3521" indicates that is a laptop with no M2 port. This particular Fenvi card is designed to mount directly on an Intel-based motherboard provided the mb that has an M2 slot on the board.  In addition, two wired antennae need to connect to this card and be mounted on the computer.  With regard to the wi-fi question, Wi-fi 6 is defined by and uses the IEEE 802.11AX standard; if you look at the description of this Fenvi card, it supports the IEEE 802.11AC standard, i.e., Wi-fi 5.  If you could have used this card, it may have worked, but you would just not have the extra speed benefit (typically a 50% increase) of Wi-fi 6 over Wi-fi 5.  I see the laptop comes with Wi-fi 4 (IEEE 802.11N) built in.  It sounds like your best course is to get a USB-based Wi-fi 6 adapter designed to be plugged into one of your USB ports and then turn off the built-in Wi-fi 4 adapter in your bios.

Most HP notebooks can only use whitelisted wifi cards, so you would need to check with HP's list of approved cards. If I had to guess, I would say no, unless they sell it themselves. One of the reasons I got away from HP laptops!!!
