Not out of the box. I was able to make it work by downloading the drivers from intel.

So this gives me wifi and I can hook bluetooth devices to it?  Can I connect my xbox one controller to my PC with this device?

I dont have an exbox one but we can with a usb cord hook iur ps4 controllers to our pc just when you install the card make sure to hook the bluetoorh antenna to the caed and one of your usb addon connectors on your mother board and dont forget to use proper grounding practices hope that helps a little bit

It's short. About 12 inches. But if u use bottom pci there should be even more than enough

Yes it comes with the usb2 wire to attach to an internal header. The only problem was the driver install, It required a bit of research to figure out what driver to download from Intel.

will this work on a older gigabyte mb running windows 7?

No the drivers are for Windows 10 64 bit only.  There is also support for latest versions of osx and Linux.  Intel 8265/8260 Wi-Fi is the last supported Wi-Fi version for Windows 7.  I hope you either use a good VPN like nordvpn or a good antivirus like Webroot antivirus since updates for Windows 7 are no longer rolling out and there are a lot of vulnerabilities.  Might be time to go to Windows 10 if the system is attached to the internet.

Can someone link to drivers for this model? The ones on the CD do not work and their website doesn't even list this particular one that I can see. BT works but wifi is not

This  bt support lo o n g range, and very low latency. Thanks to external antenna. Make sure you pit Intel drivers!

The Bluetooth did not work on mine.  I bought a dongle because I couldn't get it to work no matter what I tried.  It worked fine in my laptop, so I think it's a flaw in the adapter board.  It shows it is working, but won't attach to any of my six Bluetooth devices.
