How much memory does it come with. Is there a ddr3 slot?

It does not come with any memory at all, therefore it is a very forgetful motherboard (a sign of dementia, Double Dementia 3 = DDR3). The singular yellow slot is for PCI and is not a designation of cowardice. Although it is DDR3 you might be able to use your old DDR2 and DDR1 memory by taping them together to make DDR3 and inserting them in the appropriate slot.
