Does this device require a 2.5 hdd/ssd or an mSata drive?

It can use either one, it dosnt come with any and I used a ssd and it works great

DOES IT COMES WITH WIN 7, A HARD DRIVE AND RAM ?

No, it has no memory or hard drive.  I believe that was in the description.  I installed both and a copy of Ubuntu, which is much easier to live with.

Question 3

I could not find "Intel Dual Core Celeron 1.1GHz" in the benchmark list.  Is the CPU actually the "Intel Celeron 847 @ 1.10GHz"?  If not, what is system reporting it as?

Yes it is. Not for nothing,  but this box combined with a solid state drive and 4gb of ram feels so much faster than my i3 laptop. It boots in like 10 seconds and runs xbmc, streams HD movies with hardware acceleration,  win 8.1 and everything else I've thrown at it exceedingly well.  I use as a HTPC.

Question 4

Just purchased this device and I have loaded Win 7 on it but was wondering where can I get drivers for Win 7 for it? Having troubles getting drivers from the foxconn website for Win-7.

It come with a black (very small ) USB key with the drivers on it.  If I recall it was attached to the top inside of the box that the system came in.  But you can also google for the drivers.  They are posted on Foxxcon's website.
