Are the front and bottom filters included? They are not listed in the "Whats in the box" section.

There are removable filters included for both the top and bottom panels. The front mesh also has a built-in foam layer that is not removable from the front mesh.

Can rgb fans be seen through the front mesh?

yes, i have a old blue led fan and i can barely see the led lights (they are actually dim as well) so newer RGB fans which are more then likely brighter then my LED fans should show through, but i dont think you will get might light itself to go through, like i said i only have a blue LED fan and i have to look straight on at the front to see the lights, how ever you will notice the filter infront of the lights. thats all the info i can give you for now, hopefully someone with a newer RGB fan can answer your question better or give you a Yes or No

Just purchased one of these and don't see any location for a cd/dvd drive?  Am I missing something?

This case does not have a bay for CD/DVD drives. It was designed with the purpose of maximizing airflow to major components. I use a USB DVD drive for mine.

Question 4

Fractal Design's website says the max PSU depth is "Recommended" 175mm but the one I have is 180mm. Will mine not fit at all or will it just simply be a very tight fit?

I think you can make it work. My 170mm PSU has roughtly 7-11mm of clearance in front.  The "recommended" limit is because at approx 180mm the bottom of the case slopes upward and the PSU hits the raised portion. You may find that you can't screw in the back PSU mount bracket in all the way (so it won't be completely flush), or you may need to get longer screws for the mount the bracket.  It can fit - just a question of if you'll need to make any modification. I think you'll be ok. I've done builds in several of the Fractal cases, and the Meshify C dark TG is my favorite.

The case says you can have a bottom fan but that is where the HDD slots are, can i remove the bottom 2 trays of the HDD holders and put a 120 fan in there?

Yes you can remove the tray and mount a 120 fan, but you wont have any place to mount a 3.5 HDD. There are mounting locations on the right side behind the side panel for 2.5 HDD.

I’m planing to get a gpu with 327 mm length can I fit it even though it says 315 mm max Length?

my triple fan 1070 G1 Gaming barely fits at 280mm, but i have a front mounted Radiator taking up a couple inches. i cant imagine what GPU is longer than 300mm, but this might not be the case for you, its small for a M-ATX, nearly Micro

Is running 2 GPU's in this case a bad idea?

Not at all. Just be aware of the dimensions of your components and the area you need for fans
if you are planning on running two cards I would suggest adding or upgrading your intake and exhaust fans to provide sufficient airflow to move cool air in and the hot air out.

Random info from me:
I am currently using this case with a GTX 1080 and I could still add a second one with no issues other than boosting the fans (upgraded) to around 80% (currently running them around 40% speed)

best place to mount the EVGA CLC 280 cooler. top or front ?

Front. I’d only recommend a 240 on top if at all. There simply is very little room above the motherboard to accommodate a rad on top. The front is the way to go. Be careful with your GPU choice is it will be limited with a from mounted rad. A Strix three fan will not fit if you install a rad up front.  I’d suggest an air cooler if going with a really long card.

Do I need a fan controller with this?

You should first check your BIOS for automatic fan control features. In my situation my motherboard allowed me to set my fan curves without the need for a fan controller. I am using an EVGA Z370 Classified K motherboard in the Meshify C. Hope that helps.
