This might be a little confusing but there is a version of the Pop Air that is the smaller mATX size case. This page is specifically the ATX version(which also supports the smaller boards but is a still physically bigger case). Just be sure to doublecheck which one you add to your card.

It comes with 3 non-RGB fans.  Theyre quiet too.  The only light on this case is the power button light and you can choose to not hook those 2 wires up on your motherboard.

Can I install an optical drive in this case?

Yes... the lower portion of the front has a magnet attached panel that can be removed. This reveals two 5.25" bays. One is filled with a smalll pull-out tray and the other one has a cover. Should you put in a optical drive, be away that it will take up some of the space where a 3.5" drive caddy can be mounted. I used both and just installed the optical drive in the top position and mounted the drive cage below it. Also be away, to add the mount screws to the optical drive, you will have to remove the lower side-panel. You can do this by first removing the back pane, and then the front panel. It's a bit more involved but you can do it and avoid only partially mounting the optical drive.

Yes, the stock fans are PWM. They're fairly high quality for stock fans but still not as nice as something like an Arctic F12.
