What is the switch looking thing on the far right of the USB / power button panel?

That is the chassis fan speed selector which has 3 settings: slow, medium and faster.  Of you can hook up the fans directly to the mother board but these fans are 3 wire not the 4 wire pulse width type that most mother boards use.  More info from the manufacturer's web site.   Overall i really like the case.

Could a 140mm radiator be mounted in the top-front location?

You would have to sacrifice the DVD bays, but if you were willing to do that, you could make it work.  There are lots of videos on this subject on YouTube.  Good Luck!

I searched for this case with a solid side panel and the image shows a solid side panel, but the description indicates a windowed side panel. I need to be certain. Is this the solid side panel case?

Is this case compatible with NZXT Kraken x61 water cooler with the radiator installed on the top?

According to the NZXT website, the Arc Midi R2 is not compatible.  However, because of it's superior design and incredible airflow characteristics, a water cooler is not really needed.  The Arc Midi R2 stores all cables behind the motherboard, so the interior of the case is completely open.  It has fan mounts on the top, rear, and bottom.  The power supply mounts on the bottom, and the warm air goes out of the bottom of the case.  I have had this case for about 3/4 of a year and have had zero issues with cooling.  It is, for the money, the best case you can buy.

I was wondering about dust filters on this case? Are there any? And if there are where are they all?

There are 2. One up top above a fan and one below the power supply fan intake.
