Are these fans priced individually or priced as a box of 4 like many other fans?

individually. great fans though.If you don't want to spend the money on Gelid or noctua id recommend these or arctic cooling 80mm

Question 2

Would like to use this on and audio receiver case,  What are the power requirement (Volts DC, amps?)  The description "3 pin" doesn't give enough info.

I believe the 3-pin Molex connector is +12 V on a standard motherboard.  The manufacturer suggests the fan draws less than 6 V at startup.  I presume the running power draw is 1-2 V, maybe less.
