Where does the power supply go?

Power supply goes in the bottom on the front, underneath the 5.25 drive bay. There is a power cable passthrough that starts in the back by the motherboard I/O and goes to the front to the power supply. There is a fan grill in the front bottom for the power supply so that it has airflow.

Will this fit a board with an M.2 slot on the back side?

Yes it will. I have a Fatal1ty Z270 Gaming-ITX/ac, with an M.2 on the back.

Question 3

Can you fit two 120mm AIO coolers in the top rail?  I.E. a 120mm CPU AIO cooler and a 120mm GPU AIO cooler and keep the rear fan?

Will the installation of the two 120mm Rads+fans make the ODD drive bay unusable, or can a slimline drive adapter still work?

Unusable. I have an h80i mounted in the rear of the case and my Fury X's rad at the top front. The Fury X's with the fan is approximately 10-15cm above the power supply. There is no way you'll get an optical drive, slim or not, properly mounted. There was not room to top mount both AIO's radiators, and hoses kinked very badly when trying to push the Fury X's radiator as far back as possible.

Will the Evga 750 G3 fit into this? I know length wise it will but some PSU are taller than others and wanted to make sure.

Hello, After studying the internal layout of the case I noticed that it has a power cable that would connect the PSU to a 3 pronged power cable that would come with the PSU. I usually only notice this in very small Mini ITX cases like the Fractal Design Node 202. If you are worried about the physical size of the PSU (and I do not blame you since you are building in a tiny case), I would maybe recommend looking at SFX form factor PSUs like the one I linked below. In short SFX PSUs are WAY smaller than the standard ATX form factor without sacrificing performance so you won't have to worry about not getting enough power solely because of the physical size of the unit. I am using a Silverstone Raven RVZ-03 that actually supports a full sized ATX PSU but due to how it was designed (very similar layout as the Node 202 I previously mentioned), I instead opted for the smaller PSU so that there is more room internally for cable management. Another recommendation I have is to get a semi or fully modular PSU so that you do not have extra cables taking up space (this was an issue I encountered when I built a system inside of a Cooler Master Elite 130, which has a similar layout and dimensions as this Fractal case you are inquiring about). Will this case be able to fit a Gigabyte G1 970?  I believe that it should based on the specs, but I want to be sure.

It depends how wide the card is with its aftermarket cooling because the fans could potentially rub on the side of the case filter mesh. I fit a gtx 970 reference in there fine however.

Will the Noctua NH-U14S (165mm) fit in the Core 500?

I have an EVO 212 at 159mm tall in mine. The specs for the case say air coolers up to 170mm. I believe that your cooler should fit fine, you just might have to take the top fan mount out of the case. I am not even using that fan mount in my case at all. (The fans I were using were old and really loud so I pulled them.)

How wide of a GPU can you fit? Lists as 2 slots, but can you go any wider?

There is not a lot of extra width to play with. I've got an EVGA 1080Ti SC Black in there, and there is maybe 5mm-8mm of space between the card and the case panel. They aren't kidding when they say this case only fits 2-slot GPU's.

Will this case fit a 170mm fully modular PSU(Evga 750W G+) along with a 280mm long graphics card(Gigabyte GTX 1070 Ti Windforce)?

I put a Corsair SF 600 fully modular SFX power supply along with a NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2080Ti graphics card in this case...

The only minor case mod I needed to do was to cut a small corner out of the case's psu support bracket to fit a third fan on the Noctua NH-D15S cpu cooler.

This was my second build in this case...there are probably better (and more expensive) cases, but this works fine for me.

How tall are the stand-offs?  Is there room for an NVMe heatsink?

The standoffs are standard sized so I doubt there is any actual room for a heatsink to be added to a M.2 SSD if it is mounted on the back side of the motherboard.  Hope this helps!
