Yes. It comes with both twain and ISIS. You have to install 
Scanall Pro for it to work properly. The original 6130 came with Acrobat 9 standard included in the package, but this one doesn't.
Works very well with Acrobat and is fast and accurate. Great scanner for documents. I use it all the time.

Is this scanner visible over a Windows network?  We've been running an S1500 for years, but that one doesn't show up on the network.

where do I purchase cleaning paper and cleaner spray for the FI-6130Z model scanner?

I used to own a Fujitsu 6130 but it gave out on me after 105,000+ scans. I did not use the manufacture specified materials - they are expensive and unnecessary. Many folks use the alcohol wipes that are used in medical applications (first aid kits, etc.). That can get expensive, so now I use Isopropyl alcohol and coffee filters. Ok, so coffee filters sounds odd-why use them? Because they are essentially lint-free. Just wet the coffee filter with the isopropyl alcohol. Don't go too crazy, many times wiping with just the coffee filter will brush away paper lint that is causing scanning streaks (a vertical line of color).

what is the daily duty scan limit and the roller lifetime for a 6130z?

The documentation might tell you a specific answer. I have one, have done 16,000 scans since mid August (Software Operation Panel has an Odometer). More specifically, my prior scanner - 6130 (without the z), dies after 105,000 scans (the light from the cold cathode tube became uneven).  I have done more than 1,000 scans in a single day, so my suspicion is that t is total usage over time, not the number of scans in a day (or month) that tells you how long it will last. (I bought the 3 year extended warranty this time).
