I'm new the PC building world and was wondering if these would be a compatible with a ASRock X99 Extreme3 LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard?

Hi,

I used this memory with ASRock X99 Extreme4. As long as you follow the proper memory bank pairing of the motherboard (Extreme4 has 8 memory slots) the system boots without problems. You can configure the latency, voltage and frequencies as you see fit. I am using the desktop for work and decided not to overclock the memory at this time. Hope this helps.
