Does it come with a mouse pad and if so what are the specs?

I do not think it comes with a mouse pad. My son love the mouse alot . The benefits are every part is adjustable to fit the palm. He said it is very versatile and comfortable.

Is there a pinky rest included?

The mouse has removable magnetic thumb rests. It comes with 2 1 for lefties and 1 for righties. You attach the one appropriate for you but as in an actual full sized rest for the pinky finger I would have to say no. The removable side that you don't use for the thumb has a slight dip in it but I find my pinky rats more on the mousepad than the mouse itself.

What is he default assignment of the 4 side buttons?

It's just two sets of forward/backward buttons by default, but those settings are easily overridden in the software you install

Is there possibility that who might already open the box?

I'm worried about that someone refund it and then you resell the used thing.

I want absolutely new product which nobody opened.

If your buying it new from newegg it and comes in factory packaging that is 100% sealed, it should be 100% new. If you feel you got a used product i sure newegg will refund you or send you a different one?! I wouldnt worry, newegg is pretty good at this kind of thing and 99.9% of the time doesnt get things wrong. From my experience anyways.

Does the G.SKILL RIPJAWS MX780 USB Wired RGB Laser Gaming Mouse work with MAC computers?

The software to program and configure all of the buttons may not work. It is not listed on the manufacturers website as supported. You'd be best getting in contact with the manufacturer via their website - on the bottom is a contact us link.

Asus aura sync is available?

Per G.Skill support, it is not compatible with Aura software.  You have to use their mouse software.

How does this mouse run on linux?

Not sure how it runs on linux, I just use it on windows 10 and it works great, never had any issues with it.
