Why DDR5 RAM is so expensive now?

They make them in white or black. The only difference is the color and the pricing; not the specs. The white was more expensive for some reason last I checked. Unless color is super important to you just get the cheapest.

I bought these but system gets blue screen with expo 6000mhz, only up to 5600mhz works, X670e Gigabyte Master with latest bios and chipset drivers. Does anyone know why?

What CPU are you using? Both the Motherboard and CPU have to support your RAM, your CPU might not support DDR5 6000. If that's not the issue you may have to wait for an even newer BIOS to come out. Contact G. Skill and Gigabyte customer support and get some help if all else fails. The sticker on my RAM was for October 2022. If you have an older BIOS than that production date it's possible it just doesn't recognize the newer expo settings. Good luck, and take care.
