can this work on AMD system?

Yes although with a Gigabyte x570 Aorus Pro, I could not get it to accept the XMP profile even though the bios recognized it.  To get it to work, I had to manually set the speed and timings.  Keep in mind that your experience with different motherboards and different motherboard manufactures will vary.   It does however work with AMD.

Question 2

Is this RAM not compatible with Z370 boards? I have an Asrock Z370 Killer SLI ac mobo and I don't see it on the g.skill or asrock websites but the board says it supports up to 4133 speeds.

Probably.  The MB compatibility list just lists the RAM that the manufacture has tested, not all RAM that is compatible.  For example, my MB does not list this RAM as compatible but it works just fine.   However, I had to manually set timings rather than rely on XMP to get it to work so if you don't use RAM specifically listed on the MB compatibility list, your mileage might vary.  Overall though, I would guess probably 90-95% of RAM will usually work it if it the proper spec, I mean no matter which RAM you buy, the chips themselves come from like 2-3 main manufactures so it is all basically the same.

The sticks I received have Dual Rank - Hynix DJR die (supposed to be improved CJR die).  While the CJR timings work flawlessly for me, I'm hoping 1usmus has even tighter settings for the DJR chips in the upcoming DRAM Calculator 1.7.0.

I recommend PCPartPicker to compare prices between brands. I found that this kit was the best value available for a "premium" brand at the time I purchased. However, DDR4 prices are set to rise due to production shifting to the DDR5 modules, so this kit will likely be a poor value in the near future.

I overclocked it by increasing its clock rate from 100MHz to 133MHz to reach PC3600 without any issues at all.

If it's on the manufacturers list of supported memory then yes. If it's not on the list, it might work, it might not work, and it might not work at max speeds / tightest timings.  I believe you can find the supported memory list for your board by going to the manufacturers website and searching for the support docs related to your board (newegg wont let me include the URL).

Yes, I have installed it successfully in my H1 setup with plenty of space to spare.  NZXT claims the maximum RAM height is 45mm, while these modules are 42mm.
