I bought this memory for an intel build.  When I got it in the mail today I noticed it had a sticker on it that says "Compatible with Ryzen".  Will it still work with my intel build?

This depends on your motherboard manufacturer.  They should have a QVL List or a Memory Compatibility list which will specify what model numbers will run at what speed on the motherboard.

Technically Intel and AMD will run with any memory, however, the Motherboard manufacturer's are the ones who determine what their boards can handle and with what chip.  So checking out the Mainboard manufacturer's site should help.

That being said: This RAM is optimized to work at this speed with Ryzen - it may work with Intel but at 3433mhz or 3200mhz depending on the motherboard.

This should work with B350 motherboard as well though right? Even though it isn't on the QVL?

it will not function properly on your motherboard as it may not recognize its 3600 MHZ frequency.

If it is not on the QVL from ASUS. Please just what they aprove.

side note. i ran the same timing and cas number as provided on a non-qvl drr3 ram and it worked but very poorly.

They test components and the QVL is there for Stability and Reliability.

This product is not compatible with any laptop. This is strictly desktop memory. Look for DDR4 SODIMM memory.

Can you mix ram? i bought another its the CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB). Wondered if itll work.

No, don’t do that. Even mixing ram that are the same can sometimes not work, due to different batches (ram made on different dates but otherwise the same) having different internal components because a manufacturer made a change for whatever reason. Then you are off digging through community made parts list where people help identify which ram have which components for which batches.

No.  This is Hynix CJR C-die.  I have this memory paired with a 2700X running at speed with the latest BIOS 1103 on my Asus B450-I Gaming mobo.

Will this work on a X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming Motherboard with a Ryzen 3600X?

It runs flawless on my X570 I AORUS PRO WIFI but you should check your motherboards QVL 
under the gigabyte website ( your mobo support link )

Will this memory work in a ASRock B450 Steel Legend AM4 AMD Promontory B450 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard? I head that this motherboard can be picky and I am not sure if the ram is compatible. If this ram fall through what is a good ram?

There are only 3 g.skill kits that made it onto the QVL for that board.. this is not one of them.

it will likely 'work' just fine, but don't expect the XMP to be stable.

Hi there. I own and Asus ROG Maximus XI Formula Motherboard and plans to buy Core i9-9900k processor. Will this RAM work fine since it says "Compatible with Ryzen"? or it call only be used for AMD processor and Ryzen GPU?

I don’t know if you’ve already chosen your ram but there are counterparts to this exact ram that are the not amd ryzen optimized that should be around the same price point and same specs... exact brand exact ram just meant for everything besides ryzen

In the Specifications section, it says, "Fluid rainbow wave default lighting effect." I know it's RGB, but can you pick just one color or does it stay on the rainbow colors? Just FYI, going with MSI Mystic Sync Lighting this time.

Aura Sync allows me to change and hold colors, rainbow and many other options to customize its functionality.
