Most likely yes. Though you should definitely check your specific motherboard's specifications for 288-pin DIMM (or RAM) slots, and RAM clock speeds around the listed 3466 mark. (though even if your motherboard doesn't list 3466 specifically, i.e. listing lower numbers, the RAM should auto-clock itself at a lower speed to match your chipset's capabilities. Basically most RAM will work as long as it fits the slot, but don't expect to get your RAM to clock higher than what your motherboard says it can do (unless you're overclocking).
