There is a software you can download for windows. I use RGBfusion 2.0. I would seek if your MOBO supports a specific software.

Will this work at the rated 3600 with Ryzen 5 3600?

It will work with CPU, but you have to make sure it works with your MOBO. G.Skill has a configurator tool on their site.
