The safest place to check for this compatibility is on the the website for the motherboard manufacturer, which is likely Dell, but could be a sub contractor.  Since most all of the socket LGA1151 boards support DDR4, this set of RAM will probably work just fine.  The issue becomes whether the motherboard supports the Intel XMP profiles for this RAM, or whether the motherboard is frozen to stock speeds of RAM.  I am a self-builder and do not use Dell equipment (not that it is lower quality, just that I like to build my own stuff) so I cannot validate whether the Dell motherboard will support these particular RAM cards.  My GUESS is that its 99% certain is does support them in basic usage at 2666, and 90% certain that if the motherboard supports Intel's XMP protocols for RAM speeds that the motherboard will allow using this specific RAM product at its RATED speed of 2800.  I hope this helps.  Contacting Dell Technical Support is probably the right first superficial step.
