Do these broadcast your voice through the speakers when speaking?

I believe that's something you would have to configure in the windows mic settings, not specific to the headset. I have tried it configured both ways but I prefer not to have my voice broadcast through my own speakers. The headset does not broadcast the voice by default, though you can enable it through windows if you like.

What is it compatible with? PC? XBox? PS?

It has dual headphone jack inputs. One for the mic and one for the speakers in the headset. Works great on my PC. Being that I don't recall any of the consoles having headphone jack outputs for such things I am going to say no this won't work with the Playstation or Xbox. You could get sound from a Jack on your TV but no mic functionality. I would go Bluetooth if you want it to work with consoles. I would Google to see what is recommended to be compatible with the widest amount of the consoles.
