im trying to find coolers similar in performance to the liquid freezer 3 pro since im not a fan of its size, are there any non rgb ones that dont look tacky similar in performance and price?

If you mean the Arctic is just too thick, I’d check out the Cooler Master Atmos Stealth 360, be quiet! Pure Loop 3 360, or the Silent Loop 3 360. All of them are more normal in size, come in plain black, and should be a lot easier to fit without giving up too much cooling.
The Arctic will probably still beat them a little just because that thick radiator is part of why it performs so well, but those are the ones I’d look at if you want something less bulky and still pretty quiet.
