What is kimbap?
many will say it’s sushi, but it’s really savory side dishes with a protein option wrapped in seaweed.
Typical ingredient include carrots, spinach, radish with whatever protein you want
Loved it before Kpop Demon Hunters! I like having these as a snack while playing Street Fighter 6.

the seaweed is on the OUTSIDE instead of being wrapped by rise.
the type of rice they use is different. the ingredients they use are savory and no fish related (except for fish cake)
