i know it’s a good sign to have constant updates, that’s why AM4 motherboards can support newer cpu’s. but i don’t really update my gpu drivers. do u guys notice a difference at all?

you should do them. alot of the drivers include optimizations for specific games

drivers updates do help time to time. i imagine that changes slowly add up

Please update your drivers unless you encounter bugs, which then you should report bug so they can fix in newest driver.

For older games you generally won’t see a performance difference. It’s mostly just newer games that may require an update in order to run. Usually the games will let you know that they require an update to your Nvidia drivers to run, for example when I installed Spiderman upon its PC release, it said my driver was too old.

If you regularly play games the same year they were released then you should keep your drivers up to date for the best experience.
