I want to build a PC help $2,500 budget

I’ve been out of the game for about ten years and I’m looking to build a sick computer to get back in looking to spend around $2500 but honestly willing to go up more if you guys could put together build for me I’d appreciate it I’m so out of touch with the current technology.

This is a build I put together for my friend last night.

He already has a PC and a 2tb SSD. The second 4tb SSD is optional btu he wants it down the road.
