If you can try getting a 9070 xt, and I think 6000 CL30 is fine.

Matx boards are cheaper for motherboard.

Let me know what you think of my suggestions.

Looks fine. I’d agree w/ @elaniselan about the 6000 CL RAM timings. I’d stick w/ 6000, there was an announcement that it was the sweet spot right now.
Build looks evenly distributed overall. Nothing really “off”
