I can’t find any info about what the Fantastech sale really is except just a big sale. Is that it? What’s with the II sign on the label?

Newegg normally has 2 fantastechs every year and they’re normally in July and then October. I always wait for Black Friday or December tho; imo, better deals than fantastech..
