Are there more specs you can list for us? Also if your going to spend 1400$ on a pc get a 5060ti or 9060xt instead since they perform better and are a similar price range. I also don’t know how many fans that pack includes, but if it is 3 you shouldn’t need to spend 90$ on them, I got 6 case fans for 60$ and they were white. For the AIO try to find a white one instead to match the asthetics of your build.

BNR33 is right You can get a 5060 TI 16GB for that price or 9060 XT 16GB
9060 XT 16GB(around $400) is about 36% better performance then 4060 the 5060 TI($450-$500) is around 43% better Plus the 4060 is coming from China may take awhile Newegg can get it to you faster I would say
