Why do you like Turn Based action vs Combat action?

I used to hate turn based action games until I played Triangle Strategy. Out of all games, that one stood out to me for some reason.

I like action games, but I have to continually play the action game until I finish it otherwise I’ll forget how to play. But for turn based games, that doesn’t matter as much meaning I can enjoy them more at my own pace

I think I used to feel the same way. If the story is good, though, I can look beyond it. Baldurs gate 3 really changed my mind and that line of thinking though.
