how good is this with games?

No clue about gameplay, but it is a very well built machine. the hardware meshes well.  Its the bloatware I am concerned about.  I bought three of these machines a couple weeks ago, and they were obviously configured by different employees.  One had different software installed, then the other two, and all three have "secure boot not configured properly" displayed on the desktop, which means they are using a custom image without proper signatures....but im no computer expert.......lol.  anyway.  Great machines.  Could really use a proper installation.  But besides, an awesome machine.  Great processor, good amount of ram.

Does this have a parallel port?  I need to used it for a real time cnc mill.

No, it does not have a parallel port.  If a parallel port is necessary, you will probably have to purchase a system with a PCI slot, then buy a PCI card with a parallel port.  PCs have not come with parallel ports for several years.

I am not able to connect to a wireless network. I also am not seeing in the description whether or not it is Wi-Fi compatible. If it is not Wi-Fi compatible, which adapter will work?

This computer is not wi-fi enabled; it should take wifi-usb adapter. I used an old cheap one I've had for a few years and worked great
