Question 1

Would this be a good computer for casual gaming? Right now I have a laptop with a single core 1.3 GHz processor which as you can imagine can get kind of annoying.

This would be better suited to very low end gaming. I wouldn't recommend this as a gaming machine on any level. I purchased tgis machine for use as a web and productivity machine only.

Question 2

Does it definitely come with Windows 7?

I don't want windows 8.

This one does have Windows 7.
They are hard to find now.  ALL the stores carry only Windows 8.
The only way to find a Windows 7 is online.
Don't buy a refurbished as you won't have a warranty.
Microsoft very quickly took back all the Store windows 7 computers so people will be forced to buy Windows 8.
Glad I found this one...and my friend bought herself one also to avoid the Windows 8 ones.

Question 3

Haven't used a smaller form factor unit before. Is there room to add both a wifi card and a USB 3.0 card?

Possibly - it would depend on the card(s), there are two slots and both are available (you can see them in the Newegg pics). It appears 1 is probably a standard 3.3volt PCI, the other one of those short CNR slots - not sure as I purchased this for a client, so I only have pics and no listed specs for the slots. Remember that since it's a small format, the cards would need to be low-profile as the external bracket is about 1/2 the height of a standard expansion card - some cards come with the low profile bracket, but not all. I bought this for the overall features but mostly so the client would have Windows 7 rather than 8, and the "new" machines with 7 are getting harder to find without paying a penalty by way of higher price. It's a nice machine and the customer is happy. Also, you can get a USB wifi antenna so you only need one slot.

Question 4

It says it has gigabit ethernet, but is it wireless?

The two we bought did not have a wireless feature.  I think you'd need to buy some sort of USB wireless adaptor or add an optional card (USB is easy to me...)

Can you set up dual monitors with this PC?

I am almost positive the answer is no.  I am not near the computer right now but I am pretty certain there was only one monitor jack on the back.
