Does it have a cd/DVD driver or CD/DVD RW Drive?

Yes it does have a DVD burner. It is behind a flap on the front.

What version of windows 8 is on this?

This has Windows 8.0 loaded on it.   I was able to get the 8.1 version from the Windows app store.  took a little while but go it updated.

Can I use a normal monitor with this desk top or do I have to get a touch screen monitor?

It has Windows 8, but a normal monitor works fine.

I highly recommend installing "Classic Shell" or another free start button program.  This will give you a "Start" menu like in other Windows versions.  Set the program so Windows defaults to the desktop and not the "Metro" interface (the screen with the big tiles), and it will feel a lot like Windows 7.

It is touch screen ?

No screen is included.  It is Windows 8.   So if you connect it to a touchscreen that should work, but it doesn't work as a touchscreen with the hardware that I have.

Is this 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 8?

Ken G this is 64-bit, I purchased the system in Nov '13, and It has performed beyond what I expected.

I hate windows 8  can you put on windows 7???

I did put windows 7 on it.  Not an easy task, had to make experiment with bios changes to make it work. Some drivers may be hard to find for windows 7.

does this unit have wifi? If not is it available with wireless?

My unit does not have wifi. I bought a usb dongle to connect to my home network.  I have had the unit for several months and it works fine. I Upgraded to windows 8.1 for free.

what programs are included? microsoft office? can I get office installed?

Full Office not included, but you can purchase separately. The 'trial' Office is there so it can be purchased easily. Norton antivirus software trial as well. Cyberlink DVD also there.

You will need to get a separate 16GB USB drive to make your recovery disk; the recovery creating software does not use DVDs.

Upgradable to Windows 8.1 - BUT! You must manually install the updates or you get a 'failed to install' message. There is just one update that will not play nice and causes that problem. Manually install the updates, and once the others are all in, you can do the 8.1 Update from Windows Store. Once 8.1 is installed, that pesky other one is no longer needed nor shows, and system is good to go!

Does this have an integrated graphics card, if it does, is is with the CPU?

You don't need a video card if you don't plan on playing games. It has a vga and hdmi out on it's motherboard with built in intel graphis. Good enough to watch hd videos and movies.
