- Driver free onWindows 11/10/8.1, Chrome OS, Linux- Kernel 3.9&above.
- For Windows 7/XP/Vista, Linux-Kernel 2.6.x &Above, macOS 10.9 &Above, the driver can be downloaded or from the included driver disc.
- Reboot your PC after driver installation, then connect this USB Ethernet adapter to your computer and ethernet;
- To reach 1000Mbps, firstly please make sure to use CAT6 & Above Ethernet cables. Secondly, please make sure the USB-C port is USB 3.1 Gen1 and above, because USB 2.0 can't reach 1000Mbps.
- When accessing sites on the internet, the Bandwidth provided by your internet service provider will likely determine your ultimate speeds. If you want to reach 1000Mbps, please make sure the banwidth of your internet is enough.
- When connecting, make sure that the network cable is inserted in place, you will hear a "click" lock sound when inserted in place.
- Due to the high-speed network transmission, some heat will be generated during work, which is normal and will not damage the product. The aluminum shell design of the Ethernet Adapter helps the motherboard to dissipate heat and protect the internal electronic circuits.
- This Lan Network Adapter does not support wii u.
- Not supported on ARM-based Windows, including Surface RT and Surface 2.
- Please note, this adapter is NOT a solution for connecting USB devices like printers, hard drives, etc to a network. This adapter cannot be used to share Ethernet, WiFi, or data between multiple devices.
