Can the bottom light strip be adjusted for brightness or color?
The bottom light strip does not support brightness or color mode adjustments. However, you can use the shortcut key FN+L or the software driver to turn the lighting on or off.
Why isn't the F4 microphone mute key working on my laptop?
Currently, the F4 microphone mute function is only compatible with specific laptop models, including the ThinkBook 16 G5+ APH, Legion Y7000P, and Legion R9000P. Please check to see if your device is listed here.
Is it normal for the keyboard light to briefly flicker when switching modes?
Yes, this is completely normal and not a defect. The keyboard features a quick storage function that saves your lighting profiles. The brief flickering occurs during the saving/archiving process and does not interfere with daily use or functionality.
Does the driver software support parameter settings on Mac computers?
The driver software for parameter adjustments does not support macOS. However, the keyboard itself can still be connected to a Mac computer and used normally for all standard typing and basic functions.
Do all keycap legends shine through?
No. Only Black/Blue are shine-through. Pink has non-backlit legends (characters don't glow, but the keyboard still has RGB base lighting)—a deliberate design choice, not a defect.
