Question 1

Can I get a 'manual',  (otherwise called 'user instructions') online;  since my purchase box did not include any such source of instructions to assist me in set-up and operations?

You don't need a manual, its pretty straight forward press the fins button it will get you blue tooth enabled

Question 2

My computer (ipad2  ios7.0.6 evasion7 jb mouse & trackpad cydia extension) asks for a PIN code for the gearhead BT9500BLK mouse.
What is the proper PIN code?

I didn't have an issue with the PIN code, that typically will self discover if you have your Bluetooth configured properly.  Just press the button on the top of the mouse and have it attempt to re-clock with your ipad.  Go into your wireless settings and see if you can change your discovery options.

Sorry I couldn't be more help, I don't typically use Apple products.  I have absolutely no issues with ASROCK motherboard and its bluetooth, it was so simple to configure I just had to load the drivers and turn the bluetooth on.

Question 3

Is the BT9500BLK HID compatible?  I can't get it to pair with a device that requires HID bluetooth devices.

No.. HID normaly connect to USB port....unless you use a blue tooth USB adapter.YES.. if the unit has blue tooth 3 or 4.  I have three of The gear head blue tooth three of the white and one Black there auto just fine. One thing I noted is that if the batteris are low it will not work well.I use it on  my Mac Book that runs OX 7 and  windows.
Be sure to push the blue button on the bottom to start the connection, the blue light on the top will be blinking until the connection is made.Hope this helps.
