- Enhanced bluetooth 5.0 function allows you connecting external devices for more fun, you could connect keyboard, mouse, speaker or headset through the BT function.

- Trouble shooting: You could try fix issues by restoring factory settings through this path: home- setting- more settings- device preferences- reset
- Network connection: Ensure your network is normal. Also be aware that not connecting Ethernet and WiFi at the same time, please only choose either WiFi or Ethernet for network.
- Remote issue: Due to the factor of app version itself, some apps such as netfx, it does not support using the remote control for navigate, for better experience please use wireless keyboard or mouse.
- Display issue: Please make sure connecting the HD cable correctly between the tv box and tv, incorrect connection might cause screen frozen or abnormal display.
