I just wanna know one thing.  Who are these guys?  Never heard of them and how do I know I can trust their product like I can trust say a Corsair or Trident memory module?

Before purchasing I paid attention to budget, timing, and reviews. I can't speak for Geil, but I can speak of my own experience with this RAM. It's great. I render 1080p game footage at a 1:1 ratio (minutes of content:minutes of rendering) when paired with my i7 6700k @4.2 ghz (I also used 2 pairs of this ram) The sale price was also a big influence in my choice too. They were so good I went and bought another pair for more unnecessary (based on my workload) power and for aesthetics.

As far as who they are? Google them, I'd assume if you were truly interested you would have done so by now - let alone contacted them directly! Good luck.

Will this work for z270 motherboards?

Yes, these are compatible with Z270 motherboards as they require DDR4 RAM. They will work right out of the box, the colors will be randomized, cycling through different colors with no control over the colors. However, you can control lighting if you have an ASUS, MSI or Gigabyte motherboard, they will most certainly include proprietary software like some MSI motherboards do which sync RAM, GPU and case lighting,  ASUS with thier AURA sync (could be software enabled or through a pin header on the motherboard) and Gigabyte which I believe also has software and a header on their motherboards, and for AsRock, I am not quite sure about them.

if I want to get two kits ( 4 DIMM sticks ), or more, can I link them all with the RGB header on my motherboard that has a RGB header (Mystic Lights) or do I need an adapter to make it work or will it not work?

As long as the rgb header is compatible with the ram leds yes.  I am running  an  Asus  ROG Maximus viii Formula board and i  have 4 sticks currently connected to the RGB header on it using a 4 to 1 splitter. I am also controlling 2 other RGB srips  using the 2 open spots on the splitter that the  ram did not use.

Can I connect to the fan hub instead fan header? because my motherboard doesn't have enough fan hub for connecting the memories...

Yes i currently have the  Asus ROG   Maximus VIII formula  and i have 4 sticks connected to  the  rgb   header  using a splitter.  Only problem i  have is i  can  not get white,  it comes   out as a pink and the green is so washed out that it is almost not visible... thankfully my build is for either red,  blue  or no color at all.  hoping that  it is  just  an  issue with the  led  in the modules and  not a   systemic problem.

is this ram compatible with asus aura rgb software?

This ram comes with two separate power connections. Only one can be used at a time. One connects to the MB fan junction and allow for standalone pulsing of selected or cyclical colors based on how the switch in the top of the memory is set.

The other power connection is a RGB header which plugs into the RGB connection on the motherboard or RGB controller. Using that connection allows for the memory colors to be controlled via whatever you connect it to.

My ASUS Z170 gaming/aura MB does not have the RGB connector so the aura software does not control the memory.

Yes, you can but there is still a chance that your motherboard might not like it.
