Does this heat sink come preapplied with thermal compound?

Yes ! You can see the back ( bottom ). Light gray is thermal compound. Enough . Made my CPU  low temperature and 4 pin fan rotating very quite !

Anyone had a video for how to install?

No video, but it's very easy. Place one of the provided circular stickers on each side of both holes in your motherboard (2 holes x 2 sides = 4 stickers). Then lower the heatsink straight down onto the CPU, making sure the two screw holes in the heatsink align with the two holes you just put the stickers on. Finally, tighten the two screws through the underside of the motherboard to secure the heatsink. Make sure to tighten the screws evenly by alternating tightening each one a little bit at a time.

Haven't bought it yet, but downloaded the manual. It screws into the heatsink from the back of the motherboard,which is a little easier than having to use the pushpin assembly on stock AM1 heatsinks. Big fan of making builds easier...
