How much power to I need to make it work?

12v, like all other case fans. If you need to use molex then adapters should work, it just didn't come with one.

Bought to replace  an assist fan for a Asus p67. PC runs 24/7. After 2 years bearings started going. Both old and new fan typicaly run at around 3000 RPM. At those speeds they make noise. This one was quieter than the last but still noticeable. So far, I'm happy with the fan. It performs at the same level as the old one, just slightly quieter. The old was the evercool that has highest reviews from newegg.

Is this a static pressure fan?

Read overview, up to 2.8mmAq. I use mine on a Asus P67 Sabertooth for cooling components under the Thermal Armor. So good static pressure would be nice. At start it's loud, but that's because my BIOS lets it rip until temperature sensors take over, I can still hear it at normal load among 5 other fans, but these fans are designed to push a lot of air in 50mm size. So far lasted 5 years over the 1 year the Evercool I bought broke and doesn't sound like it's going to break anytime soon.
