Will this be able to so 120hz at 1440p or 144hz at 1080p?

According to the review on laptopmag dot com, the gaming tests (for the 3070 version) were topping 100 FPS at 1080p. I’m no expert but I’m guessing to get that FPS the refresh rate would have to be higher.

Is the HDMI port wired into NVIDIA GPU board? Which GPU is driving the port? Can you please post the specific source of info, not just the answer (so I could verify)

yes its a hdmi 2.1 the dp also is connected

Is this the max-p or max-q variant? Can you tell the TDP?

Can you run this at lower resolution at a higher frequency? Like 1080p 144hz?

Yeah, not sure of the exact frequencies but laptopmag dot com got results of 100+FPS at 1080 so had to be running at a higher frequency, just not sure of the particulars.

is the oled burn ins pixels still an issue to worry about it or this going to be covered under warranty?

nope other reviews in youtube doesnt experience burn ins so far
