Is the monitor 144Hz?

My Settings for both the built in Intel display and the Dedicated 3080 both show 60hz.

can I attach 2 monitors for a total of 3 displays?

you can use the display port and HDMI at the same time, but for me, I got a USBC docking station for work. 1 cable to connect everything and enough models out there you can pick what ports you want. you lose the dedicated NVIDIA GPU but as long as you are not gaming all the time it's better than plugging in more cables and if you can to game just use one of the built in internal connections so the GPU works
