Battery life on normal use and does this have a backlit keyboard?

The battery life is great! It will normally last a few hours. If you have lower brightness it can last even longer. The battery runs out quick when playing games but plugging the computer in helps. Yes there is a backlit keyboard.

My gpu burned out within 6 months. But they replaced it for free. (I still had to pay one way shipping) i always use a cooling pad while gaming. 5 years though...not a chance. Unless you use it to browse the net and watch some movies.

As far as I can tell there is a 30fps lock when on the battery, but I'm sure this has more to do with a software option than a hardware feature. I just need to find the option.
