Will this work For and ATX board? Gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite wif.

Yes, the powersupply works with any ATX motherboard which has a 6 pin CPU and 24 pin motherboard power.

Question 2

This is being bundled with a RTX 3090, but will this be enough power to support it?  It looks like some are suggesting over 850 Watts is needed.

The GIGABYTE GP-P850GM 850 W Power Supply has a maximum power output of 850 W. If some sources are suggesting that more than 850 Watts is needed for the RTX 3090, this power supply may not be sufficient.

Question 3

Does this really only come with two PCI-E cables? Product page says it comes with four.

It technically comes with 4 because each cable has two headers. Still from what I've read I would connect 3 individual cables/conenctors to cards like 3090's or some 3080's that need 3 connections as otherwise the draw can melt the cables and possibly cause a fire.
