Can my ryzen 3600 processor run on this motherboard?

Yes the Ryzen 3600 processor will pair with this board very nicely!   The only issue you may run into though is it may require a BIOS update to do so.   It requires BIOS F41 or newer to be compatible.   Don't worry the instructions in the manual are very good and the process is very easy to do.

Does this come out with the newest BIOS / Drivers to fully support Ryzen 3000 series?

Hello, No this is likely to come with the original BIOS unless the box you get specifically states "Ryzen 3000 ready," other than that we cannot guarantee which BIOS will be shipped with the board so you will likely have to check once it arrives and update it (if necessary). My apologies for the inconvenience but there is a program through AMD that allows you to get a boot kit sent to you from AMD to get the system up and running so you can update the BIOS, I will provide a link below. Another option you have is to buy a specific board that has a USB Flashback feature that allows you to update the BIOS without the need of a compatible CPU, memory, or video card (I will provide a link to that list as well). Can you use all 6 SATA ports and an M.2 drive?

I believe the answer is no. 
If the M.2 drive is a SATA SSD an is in slot M2A, it disables ASATA 3.1
If the M.2 drive is a PCIe SSD  an is in slot M2A, it disables ASATA 3.0 and 3.1
or
If the M.2 drive is a PCIe SSD  an is in slot M2B, it disables SATA 3 2 and SATA3 3

The M2B socket only supports PCIe SSDs.

Yes, it has a slot for a m.2 NVME SSD and a M.2 SATA SSD. Know which one you are purchasing though since if you're using the NVME SSD it disables SATA 6Gb/s

If I am using an NVMe SSD, can I still plug in a hard drive?

Yes, though both of the ports for m.2 NVMe SSDS share bandwidth with 2 of the SATA ports on the mobo. You can still absolutely use a SATA port for another hard drive, just use one of the two ports which don’t share bandwidth with the particular slot your NVMe drive is installed in. The mobo manual will spell this out in more detail.

I tried GSkill 3200 RAM with the bios versions 1 and 2 but I always blue screened within seconds if the XMP Profile1 was enabled.  I could only run the GSkill at the default 2100 MHz settings.  I am no RAM expert so I did not try manual memory settings.  Note that Gigabyte seems to infer you have to overclock the Ryzen to run RAM at 3200.  I tried the Gigabyte Easytune 38x multiplier settings, but the GSkill still was unstable with profile1.  
   I returned the GSkill and got Ryzen specific Geil RAM that boots fine using its XMP Profile1.   I could only run the GSkill at 2100.   There is a 3rd bios update from Gigabyte that I am now running, but I had the Geil RAM already in place.

Yes, but the board may require a BIOS update depending upon the date of manufacture. The update is very easy to do.

Wait so I just bought this motherboard and a Ryzen 3700x, how do I get this motherboard to be compatible? Please someone help me with the steps, this will be my first pc build! I did a lot of research but I seemed to have missed that this CPU may not be initially compatible with the MB. Thanks!

From what I've been reading, the mobo more likely isn't updated with a new revision to automatically work with the newer Ryzen 3rd Gen CPU's.  So you'll need to download the latest Bios drivers to install on the USB drive  which you can then use to run the Q-Flash feature to automatically update the Bios for 3rd Gen compatability. No cpu installation is required to run the Q-Flash,
I'm planning on purchasing this mobo and following those steps myself to run the Ryzen 3600.

Does it come with thermal paste?

No.  If you buy a cpu with a cooling unit now most will come with the thermal paste applied to the cooling unit.  I ran mine with a case that had a built in AIO liquid cooler, the case came with paste but it was not useful, fortunately for me I buy them in a group of five or so, the paste that is, and I had some available.
