does this have bluetooth? or do i need to get a PCIE bluetooth card

Does this require a separate graphics card for basic video, if my CPU doesn't have one built in? The Specs says "Q-Flash Plus Update BIOS without Installing the CPU, Memory and Graphics Card", this will be used as a server, so I need to know whether to get a simple graphics card.

This board will not boot without a graphics card built in IF you have a CPU with an X on it like my 5800X. I learned this the hard way but did have an old card laying around.
