It is not a barebones computer.
It's complete ready to go and has windows 10 installed. I love it, I play all my games on max setting. Just keep the top vents open all the time and it stays cool.

Yeah it comes with a special adapter to hook it up to an HDMI cord so it sits under the tower correctly. I haven't tries a wireless keyboard and mouse yet but it does have bluetooth.

I have received the PC today, and this is complete PC system with CPU (i7-7700K) , GTX 1070, Memory (16G) , M.2 (256G) , HDD (1T) and Windows 10 Home.
I believe this is one of best deal.
