I'm looking at installing this in the SilverStone SG06BB-LITE case.  I see that it has two usb 3.0 ports on front.

How can I connect the 2 x USB 2.0 ports on the motherboard to the 2 x USB 3.0 ports on the front of the case?

If you meant USB 3.0 ports on the motherboard to USB 3.0 ports on the front of the case, then use F_USB30 connector on the motherboard and front USB cable inside your case.

I was wondering if the mini-PCIe slot is populated, does it rely on the card having antennas?  The mini-PCIe cards I have looked at don't include any, which brings another question...  How would they be mounted?  I guess I could drill some holes in an spare PCI slot.

It does rely on you to provide antennas.  You would have to figure out how to mount them as well.  A open PCI slot would work if the antenna you bought worked like that.  I haven't been able to find an antenna for a mini pcie card that comes with an adapter that works in a PCI slot.

Are the NIC's gigabit or 100mbps? Also is it using a Realtek or Intel chipset for them? Just wondering because I'm planning on using this to build my own router.
