Not sure if I'm reading the specs right. Does this come with USB 3.0 headers to connect to my case?

Yes! Two of them. Besides the two available in the back, you can plugin 2 of those onto the case.

Can this board be used in a full size vertical case?

Yes, it should work, if the case manufacture is following the ATX standards.  Below is the excerpt from the ATX standards spec.

The ATX form factor is
essentially a Baby AT motherboard rotated 90 degrees within the chassis enclosure and providing a new
mounting configuration for the power supply. The processor is relocated away from the expansion slots,
allowing them all to hold full length add-in cards. The longer side of the board is used to host more onboard
I/O. Table 1 summarizes the ATX features.

Question 3

Which slots do you put dual channel memory in?  Do you put both in channel a or b or one memory dim in slot in a channel a slot and the other in the channel b slot?

they're color coded! If you have 2 modules, you want them both in the same color ones. Both in A or both in B. Hope this helps!

Will this board be compatible with an EVGA Superclocked GTX 760 2GB?

Since it has a PCI Express 3 port, it is compatible. Just be sure there is enough room in your case. Space can definitely be an issue with micro ATX.

Does this motherboard support SLI/Crossfire?

I don't think it does.  I read through through the manual and didn't see SLI/crossfire mentioned.  I built this system for a business, so that wasn't a consideration for me.

Does this have a PCI(e) 3.0 x16 slot for the graphics card?

Yes.  Page 7 of the user manual under the section 'expansion slots' states:

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16)
 * For optimum performance, if only one PCI Express graphics card is to be installed, 
be sure to install it in the PCIEX16 slot.
(The PCIEX16 slot conforms to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)
? 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4)
? 2 x PCI slots

Can I overclock with this board? How can I tell if a motherboard is ok to OC?

Yes, both within the BIOS and using Gigabytes EZ Tune utility.  As far as OK to overclock, everything revolves around temperature and voltage.

If you use the provided utilities and allow the software to overclock for you, you will be mostly safe assuming you have enough power and cooling.

If you adjust the voltages on your own however, you can easily run into trouble.  I have not personally overclocked this board with my I5-4570.  I don't see any need to do so.

Does this motherboard support a 64 bit operating system?

Under the product specifications for memory/RAM in the manual, it says that "Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed."

I'm not concerned about using more than 4GB of RAM but I do want to know if I can installed a 64-bit OS.

Yes, it definitely supports a 64-bit operating system. I just built a PC with this board running Windows 8.1 64-bit.

That disclaimer is just there to let you know that, while the board supports more than 4 GB of RAM, if you install a 32-bit operating system, the *software* won't recognize any more than that.

Does this mobo's hdmi support audio out?  Or is audio only through the speaker jack?

Not sure since I have a video card hooked up. I believe I remember reading that it does but you may want to verify the manual on Gigabyte's site.

Does this board support front panel USB 2? My case only supports USB 2 on the front.
