I don't see anything on the specs about hard drives or SD cards.  What hard disk options are supported?

I've been using this computer for a while. It works well. It doesn't come with RAM or hard drive. It uses Micro-SATA (mSATA). If you do a search here on newegg for "msata ssd" you will come up with all kinds. They almost look like RAM, but they are SSDs without the case to save space. Also,  you need to get the SODIMM DDR3 1600 memory too. If you use Logitech Unifying Receiver for keyboard and mouse, you can use just one of the few USB ports.

Question 3

Does it have a fan?  Noisy?

This unit is very quiet!  To be honest, I can't remember if there is a fan inside.  I think there is, but it's very quiet and I think in most situations you won't hear it running at all.

Question 4

Some Brix PCs require 1.5Volt RAM, others require 1.35Volt.  Which type is required for the XM11-3337?  I can't find that info anywhere.  Thanks.

Both are supported. Generally, when in doubt it's always safe to purchase the LV memory (1.35).
