Having an NVIDIA graphics it should be Adaptive Sync (It will not be considered G-SYNC compatible in the control panel but it still does work fine). The base box explicitly states it's FreeSync. In terms of performance, it does pretty well in heavy games where my GPU is running more.

Both, to be honest, the Monitor has DP 1.4 and 2 HDMI one being like 2.0 (If plugged into HDMI 2)
