it being mini doesnt affect anything right? im new to getting graphics card

Newegg does not allow me to include links, but there's a wikipedia page on Mini-ITX if you wanna learn more. Mini-ITX is a type of motherboard that this graphics card is compatible with. It is also compatible with other types of motherboards as well, but be sure to check if it works with yours.  Here's an excerpt from the Wikipedia page on Mini-ITX: "They are commonly used in small-configured computer systems. Originally, they were a niche product, designed for fan-less cooling with a low power consumption architecture, which made them useful for home theater PC systems, where fan noise can detract from the cinema experience." It certainly lives up to that description it's very quiet, low temp, and capable.

Question 2

Requirement says PSU is 400watt and I have 350. I know sometimes requirement is a bit much. Will I be able to run it or do i need a new PSU?

Depends off course what else you have in the case. I actually have a 350 W PSU with i7-6700 BASIC MOBO, 2 regular fans and 16 GB DRAM, a 250GB  SSD and a 1 TB HDD. and works fine,
consuming about 300W. But if you have MOBO with OC and water-cooling then it might be a bit thigh. Also you need to be sure your PSU has the 6-pin power connector. I had to use a special twin tail cable that connects to two standard SATA power connectors, be sure to connect them to 2 different rails of the PSU.

If you're looking for measurements, then its written out in the specifications on this page AND nvidia's website... if you're looking for an idea... its about a little over half the size of normal graphic cards... it has adequate space to fit in any case that isn't 10+ yrs old

The number is 1152 as specified on the NVIDIA website. Note that NVIDIA makes the actual GPU chips, not Gigabyte who just puts them on the Graphics card.
