Does this come with everything needed to do an SLI setup? I already have one 1080 FE, and are trying to get a dual GPU set-up in my rig.

Unfortunately no. You will need an SLI bridge. These mostly come with motherboards but can be bought separately. If you have two 1080s I am assuming you want to do 4K. If that is the case you will need an SLI HB bridge from nVidia. Good luck!

Compared to Tri-Fan cousin, how much worse is the cooling and fan noise?

Don't notice either to be honest but haven't played anything more intensive than overwatch currently
